Most of us keep our cars on strict maintenance schedules. We change the oil every 3,000 miles, keep the gas full, and make sure its nice, shiny and clean. We do this because our cars are valuable and we want to keep them working like new for as long as possible, right? So why dont many of us keep a strict maintenance schedule for the MOST valuable thing we have...ourselves. If we only took care of ourselves as well as we take care of our cars, we would be healthier. Cleanse every few months, check in at least once a week to make sure your tank is full, get rid of all the clutter on the inside every once in a while, and shine up the outside to keep yourself looking and feeling your best!
