Most of you already know I have the absolute best people working in my Agency! They are all amazing but today I wanted to take a minute and brag on one of them! Kortni Padila has worked with me for over 5 years. Shes now 21 so thats a long time in teenage years! Her job has evolved so much- she still does all the same day 1 stuff, but has taken on a ton more! Shes almost working full-time for me, all while carrying a full load of classes! I count on her for a wide array of responsibilities and she never ceases to amaze me. I call her my right hand because she is willing to help me with anything and everything- lots of times its not SF related! For example, this week I was in charge of the HS Softball banquet. She offered to come up after work and help me decorate, etc to get ready for the event. Thats just one example...I could go on and on! The best part is, she gets me! She can tell lots of stories about working for Haley Carter! :) I love her and wouldnt trade her for the world! Thank you Kort!
