Most of you will not care too much about this. I find it hilarious - TopicsExpress

Most of you will not care too much about this. I find it hilarious how a rather famous person in physics taps so lightly on mathematics. It is not rigorous. This is Leonard Susskind. He is a theoretical physicist at Stanford University. Here he is teaching a course on general relativity. I get upset, just a little bit, with his nonchalant treatment of mathematics. But who am I to think this way? In any case, you have to watch this series of lectures in order to appreciate him. I recommend you go to math class to learn mathematics. This performance does not qualify as rigorous in the math department, and rightfully so. I have to gulp at his antics, but he is a physicist, so I listen and watch for the other stuff I may be able to glean from his lectures. ;) https://youtube/watch?v=s8UrYIZhm60
