Motivation Tuesday. Welcome to all New GSC Family. Started this journey a little over 100 days now and I just want to send some extra motivation to you guys. This is a life changing transformation and I feel awesome. I started at a tight 14 but I am sitting pretty in this size 8! You guys can do it and remember if its too easy it just may not be worth having. One day at a time! One smoothie at a time! One pound at a time! Ladies and gentlemen start your blenders!
