Hold your hands comfortably in front of your chest with or without weights or on your hips. - Bend your knees, sticking your butt back and lowering your hips down deeply into a squat until your thighs are parallel with the floor. Be sure to sit back, keeping your weight into your heels. Make sure that your cheat is up, shoulders relaxed, back and down and your abs are in tight. - Next raise back up, squeezing your thighs close together, contracting your butt muscles, straightening the legs completely, and immediately lifting your left or right leg behind you for a back kick, contracting your butt muscles.
