Move Over Law This morning, North Patrol Bureau Captain Chari Rivers, Lynn Yort, Waste Management Public Sector Solutions Manager and Bud Day, Routing Manager for Waste Management, teamed up to promote the Move Over law which now includes utility and sanitation workers. “This is a very important piece of legislation that not only protects our first responders but our utility and sanitation workers. The “Move Over” law is designed so these individuals can effectively and safely do their jobs while on the roadway” stated Sheriff Mike Adkinson.
