Movie Review: Silver Linings Playbook Ive been reluctant to write this review for fear I wont be able to do it justice. But here I go anyway. There are several big names in this film including Julia Stiles, Chris Tucker, Robert DeNiro but the only two that really count are Bradley Cooper and the beautiful Jennifer Lawrence. As the two main characters they are perfectly paired with the directors vision in this smart, witty, and extremely well written drama. It is impossible to take your eyes off of Jennifer as she steals every scene shes in. Bradley does his best, which is close to perfect, and compliments Jennifers talent amazingly well. There are few films which extend well beyond the scope of the screen and find their ways into our hearts and lives in impactful ways...Silver Linings Playbook is such a film. It deals with emotional baggage we all carry and the chaos it can create in our lives. The film is a healthy reminder to live in the present and a willingness to deal with our issues and find ways to move beyond them. The film is intelligent, well acted and simply, one of the years best. Rating: YOU BETTER BE BLIND TO NOT SEE THIS ONE!!
