He is a Human Resource professional with a decade plus of successful track record covering various facets of HR like talent acquisition, client servicing functions across domestic and offshore geographies, managed planning, execution & project management of multiple HR processes across the employee life cycle etc. The session was highly interactive and covered various aspects of HR like Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, Talent Development and various roles that are offered in HR functions. He spoke about the recruitment practices followed in the Indian industry. He also spoke about how the organization culture affects the recruitment process. Another unique aspect covered in the session was the “Cost Optimization” in the recruitment process. The session was very helpful for students as it allowed them to have deeper insights about various HR functions.
