Mr. Bundy would have possibly paid the arbitrary and duplicative, abusive and un-allocated fees begrudgingly if the BLM did not require his signature consenting to the Federal governments unauthorized assumption of authority. No where in the constitution is the government authorized to presume ownership of the Public lands. They would not accept his money if he would not consent to their jurisdiction. He refused. Read the Constitution people, learn why it is intended to be the limitation to the government and not to the People or States. They have overstepped their boundaries and have been doing so for far too long. If we do not reign them in now, then what limitations are there in Limited government?
