Mrs. Douglas is not prepared to run a large state agency or deal with the challenges facing our schools. She is a one-note candidate who seems to have no response to key questions of teacher retention and shortages, school funding and obsolete funding formulas, school evaluation reforms, etc. Nearly every trusted leader, organization, educator, public policy institution or governing body right to left, Republican, Independent and Democrat, has lined up behind Dr. David Garcia. I dont think voters have had a more stark and clear choice for this office in many years. Please educate yourself about both candidates as ballots begin arriving tomorrow!
