Much as I hate to, I think Ive decided to sell the bike. Im putting out a feeler to see if any of my friends or a friend of a friend might want to buy him. Its a 91 1200 Sportster (1st year 5-speed and belt drive) with unbelievably low mileage...27,372. I bought it from a guy who had it 13 years and hardly rode it. Im getting the carb cleaned and fluids changed, otherwise hes a solid runner. A Florida bike, for sure....lots of trips up and down A1A, so bits of rust in places that dont matter, some pitting it the primary and valve covers....Florida bike. lol. We call him Nigel for all the plans I made for him. lol. All the changes I made are cosmetic and I have all of the original parts except the pipes which will go with it if anyone feels like putting it back to stock. Message me and I can tell you more about the mods. $4000 takes him, the box of parts and a jar of tears. Im gunna miss him! :)
