Much is happening at CCCADI and I encourage you to be part. Upcoming is the Dance of the White Dress on September 8 a wonderful opportunity to share in an event that celebrates our traditions while moving to the rhythms that make you feel and know you are alive! September 14 we are screening the documentary short - work in progress- Let the Spirit Move You - that we have retitled When the Spirit Calls. We look forward to comments and insights into the work. We shot new footage while in Puerto Rico during August and will be doing additional work in December. For those that have not heard the songs to the spirits song in a Misa Blanca do come and listen to the songs that will absolutely resonate in your soul that will be song by Nina Rodriguez. I will also share our experiences on the work in progress in a discussion moderated by Baraka Sele. Looking forward to these events.
