Mulusa Launches Mammoth Legal Battle Determined former Movement for Multi-party Democracy Solwezi legislator Lucky Mulusa has announced the launch of what looks like a long legal battle to fight the conspiracy that hounded him out of Parliament. Mulusa, a vocal and articulate politician giving the PF cartel sleepless nights, was hounded out of Parliament on account of electoral mal-practice. Wynter Kabimba, Fred M’membe and Mutembo Nchito have ganged up to finish Mulusa’s political career for refusing to suck up to them and join their schemes. Through this scheme, Kabimba – the justice minister – and M’membe prevailed on their stooge Acting chief justice Lombe Chibesakunda to nullify the Solwezi Central poll. But Mulusa is not giving up easily. He writes, “today, I will start proceedings in the Supreme Court by way of a Motion, to request the Supreme Court to set aside its judgement in my election petition case due to bias on the part of one of the judges who should not have sat. “I am also requesting that the appeal be reheard before a different panel. Justice Chibesakunda shared the same lawyer with the PF while she heard the appeal against me and accordingly went on to pass judgement in favour of the PF. “I will share full details once we file.
