Musa ‘s meeting with Dato syed is important in many - TopicsExpress

Musa ‘s meeting with Dato syed is important in many ways Firstly , any misunderstanding between leaders should be solved immediately Secondly , the IMs whether they are from KIMMA or not should be given a chance to voice their thoughts and in this case Musa represented such voices Whatever transpired in the meeting , its good for IMs. Dato may have agreed in principle for changes and he knows needs for changes are obvious. He personally has not said anything in regards to the meeting . Meanwhile our Brothers are jumping up and down demanding justice . My question is , what Dato has done that has been seen as wrong? Lets look at the proposal 1 change of director for Yakin FROM 2 TO 5. *Presently Dato is making decisions , especially in granting aids to the need in a very efficient way , meaning help has been quick. Making the numbers 2 to 5 may slow down the decision making process If there are 2 signatories , both the signatories are responsible for whatever funds that has been given out. And the second signatory is not related to Dato’s family. Issue of transparency should not be raised 2 financial report of KIMMA and Yakin be submitted to NWC during meeting. * Can any one NWC member can stand up and say no accounts were submitted tot hem before? 3 The director (Dato Son ) must resign with immediate effect . *Can any one prove that there is a financial mismanagement in Yakin Pharmacy to warrant his resignation? What if he has made a good contribution? What if Yakin Pharmacy is making money? 4 every NWC member can speak out purposefully. *Logically if any NWC member who cannot speak out should never be appointed to NWC in the first place. Whether there is a difference in opinion or not am sure Dato has never stopped any one from voicing anything. Otherwise Musa would have been sacked long ago. 5 every state KIMMA started to do activities without pressure from central *Its absurd to assume the central leadership will not support any activities organized by the state .The state leader MUST know what programmmes to do for the benefit of the people and not just programmes to highlight the leaders strength or popularity and also keep the cost of any programme low so as to benefit IMs more 6 Any branches can ask for funds for programmes, through state, *This is a good thing, provided the state is doing a good job in vetting the applications in a fair manner 7 central leadership will provide assistance for any branch to do doing activities *This is a very basic statement. 8 every decision for the excellent must be approved during NWC meeting . *I am not too sure if any one is stopping good progress of any activities 9 a ceiling must be set for any activites and if there is a need for more NWC must approve *Again , this is subjected to the type of activities and the benefit it gives to IM 10 any one whether he is from KIMMA or not be given an opportunity to voice out comments that can benefit IMs. *I never knew Dato syed ibrahim is so cruel in denying freedom of speech. 11 freedom to speak out social network , without any pressure. *KIMMA , since when became a communist party? 12 political secretary to be discussed with leaders of the state. *The political secretaries can be be appointed by leaders of state / president BUT must account themselves with the president with minutes of the meetings Billaactor Actor Rawnas Adad Jahubar Ali Harris Alaudin Hj Syed Ali Syed Nazer Mohamed Ali Dato Anuar Sadad Burosekhan Abdul Jalil Khan Arrabath Ali Mohamed Fairus Abdul Hamid Kassim Aidon Hj Mohd Ali Ali Hidayah Kimma Bangsar Bilal Shah Mohammed Sha Hidayah Maju Caterers Datuk Haji Abdul Wahith Dunia Sementara Hass Fatimah Zainudin Mohamed Hussain Hussein Jamal Hafisudin Taib Hj Rahmat Kader Haji Munower Sadiq Hj Shamsuddin Hj Ibrahim Jef Pro Johor Kimma Kimma Negeri Pulau Pinang Kimma Perak Puteri Kimma Wilayah Puteri Kimma Negeri Sembilan Mohamed Kassim Kimma Wilayah Kamarulzaman Kader Kimmawanita Selangor Kimma Trg Puteri Kimma Kluang Abdul Kader Abd Razak Kimma Kuala Pilah Mohd Musa Noor Mohd Md Shariff Aspirations of Indian Muslims (AIMS) Siraj Mohd Mohamed Rizwan Mohamad Salim Mohamad Ibrahim Rohaini Syed Ibrahim Shafiq Rahman Mohamad Rafi Rafi Mohamed Salim Sambai Hidayattullah Aroosi
