Now shes releasing her first song and video, Fearless, and Yahoo Musics Reality Rocks has the exclusive premiere. I couldnt imagine a more perfect single coming off of The Voice, Kat tells Yahoo. My musical journey has seen both ends of the spectrum over the past 15 years. From stadium shows, to vocal surgery, to The Voice, and now a top five iTunes single with a response unlike anything Ive ever imagined. In my career there have been some serious highs and serious lows, and I told myself that, given the opportunity, I wouldnt let another moment pass without doing all I can to impact others. And to me, this song did exactly that. What would you do if you werent afraid? Thats the message, and I hope it impacts others lives as much as its impacted mine. As for the inspiration behind the video, Kat says: I wanted something raw, something real, and something that showed my journey. The clips are all various parts of my life.
