Musicians, the weekend is upon us and hopefully we all have gigs (b-they private or public.) let us remember that we are the keepers of tradition, the singers of songs and the bringers of joy. The moment that someone hires us or even so much as buys a drink at a venue at which we are playing, they are investing in us. The social and economic value of music has gone down significantly in my lifetime. It is incumbent on us to keep our end of it alive and kickin. So lets giveem our very best. They earned it.
