Must admit (even if I do say so myself) Ive just cooked one of the tastiest meals Ive had all year it was roasted sweet potatoes with cracked black pepper and salt, asparagus boiled and then gently simmered in salted butter and pork medallions with pesto then sliced tomato and melted Brie on top yum yum the hub to be enjoyed it very much too :-) anybody want to share and yummy meal recipes with me? I do love to cook a good meal! Xx
