Mwingi North MP John Munuve has dismissed Cords call for a referendum. Munuve said the country should not spend more than Sh10 billion for a referendum, while many Kenyans are poor.What is this Okoa Kenya and who said Kenya is endangered? In fact they are the ones endangering it and I cannot waste my time supporting it. I am speaking on myown capacity as area MP and not on behalf of anybody and understand very well this is the home turf of Kalonzo Musyoka, he said. Munuve said residents have suffered when Cord leader Kalonzo was the MP. He said it is time he brings development to the area.Munuve criticised Migori residentsfor heckling during President Uhurus visit to the county last week. He said every leader should be respected. Munuve was speaking at Gatoroni Primary School in Mumoni district on Saturday.
