My 11 year old daughter and I have a long standing tradition of Thursday morning donuts at Tim Hortons before school. Those mornings usually spark some of the most interesting conversations. This morning she asked if famous people are fans of other famous people? My answer was a resounding yes and to prove my point I took out my phone and shared with her one of the coolest videos of all-time which has comedian Jim Breuer performing Devils Child from Judas Priest on his radio show when he is surprisingly joined on vocals by the Metal God himself, Rob Halford. I pointed out how you can see the pure joy and admiration in Breuers face to be performing with one of his heroes. She watched the video several times on the way to school. By the time I dropped her off she was emphatically singing the chorus, word for word, as she walked up the steps of her Lutheran school. Im taking bets on how long it will be before I receive a call from school administration. \m/
