My 13 yr old son challenges me often. He has told me that he is an athesist, along with other things. Its SOOOO important for your kids to have godly influences in their life. I praise JESUS for the teen boys at Action Chapel Virginia. Some 18 and 19 yr old boys have befriended him. They encourage him to come into the sancuary when Im unable to. They told him to take out his earbuds when he was listening to secular music in church. Some of the things that mean the MOST, is when they fellowship AFTER church. Simple things like playing basketball, going to the movies, eating together, or taking a swim can have such a GREATER impact on him that the church service alone. Everything has its place, but Im just grateful that the young men in the church are stepping up for my son. Even though its a 500 member church, when the pastors see my son, they will stop to conversate with him. My labor WONT be in vain. His salvation is secure in JESUS NAME!
