My 2 cents: Tuesday January 28, 2014 the 28th Day of Year Tonight through 10AM Tuesday a WIND CHILL ADVISORY will go into effect for NW Tennessee and the Missouri Boothill. MONDAY NIGHT: Temperatures will continue to drop, with overnight lows running from near zero along Interstate 64 to near 10 along Interstate 155 in NW Tennessee. A north wind from 5-15 mph will keep wind chill values from zero to almost 10 below. TUESDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy, and still very cold. Highs in the mid to upper teens. Thankfully, the wind wont be quite as strong, blowing in from north at 5-15 mph. TUESDAY NIGHT: Skies becoming mostly clear and still frigid. Lows in the single digits, with light winds. LOOKING AHEAD: By Wednesday, well finally get close to cracking the freezing mark. Rain chances are back in the forecast starting Friday, as it looks like well at least temporarily transition to a slightly milder and soggier weather pattern for the first few days of February. ======================= https://soundcloud/scanner2006/bank-robbed-in-fredoina-ky-1 This is Kentucky State Police Post 2 Audio of the whole Bank Robbery I recorded from my scanner.
