My 3 Good Things 7/23 1. Felt much better, but not 100% yet. I gave myself permission to take it easy, cancelled something that wasnt essential and rested when I needed to. It felt great to honor my body and my health. Years ago I didnt do that, and now its instinctive to do it. Growth! :-) 2. Had a great conversation with an accountability partner that got me really jazzed. 3. Thunderstorms! :-) What are your 3 good things?
