My 5 Year old requested that I make a video of my workout, but make it like super fast! He thinks Im super cool, when he sees me in flash mode! ;) lol! #imaxedout early today... 5 min 46 seconds. Phew!!! I continued to push hard past that mark, but I did have to modify! Diamond jumps to one legged burpees, diamond jumps to regular burpees, then just straight diamond jumps.... fresh out of the warm out will wear you down early! ;) I was kind of worried after going through my last program focusing on the weights and going heavy, to this program and using no weights, just my own body weight... That I would lose some of my definition... Happy to say, that aint happenin #yesiknowaintaintaword They get burned out and challenged every time! Pretty cool looking at this new body changing shape, and knowing my own body is what is being used to shape it! #istillloveweights #butthisisprettycool #respectthesweat Whats your favorite cardio, or resistance training?
