This is a wonderful cause, for more info check below relentlessdetroit/av/ The challenge is basically this, you can do whatever lifting movement you would like to do. Scaled is whatever you can do, Rx is 315 pounds and Elite is 405. We will also have an Extreme category, as an example if you can squat 500 pounds 20 times. You are good. For women, scaled is scaled, Rx is 225 and Elite is 315. Extreme is the same as above. You will be doing this for Detroit Relentless, the charity benefits the families of children dealing with life threatening illnesses.
