My 9 week progress starting from Day 1. I work out around 3-4 days per week. Sometimes less and sometimes more depending on what works for my lifestyle that week. No gimmicks, No pills, No crazy fad diets!! Just hard work and commitment. My longest workout was only 40 minutes long with the rest being around 20-30 minutes long. All of my workouts are done in the privacy and comfort of my own home!! I dont use any weights or equipment only me and my Beachbody programs #Piyo & #FocusT25.
