My All-Time Favourite TV Theme Songs #40: Its Garry Shandlings Show - Perhaps the dumbest theme song ever, but purposefully and brilliantly so. The show itself ran for 4 seasons on Showtime, from 1986 to 1990, and is probably mostly forgotten by people today (Shandlings later, and more critically acclaimed The Larry Sanders Show, is more well regarded and remembered) but even if you dont remember things that happened on the show, you might still remember this gloriously ridiculous theme song.
