If you run into a bad situation there is a possible road there to a good 1 #AnRTWEET Producers you can make beats all day and submit for placements, but create and break a great artist and you really win. #AnRTWEET Songwriters again submitting for placements is great, but find ways to work with established producers/teams to really get in. #AnRTWEET Producers/Writers it you are dope and the talent is there the right people will seek you out. Its only an amount of time. #AnRTWEET Writers/producers a common misconception is once I land a big record Ill be rich, but there can be 6 or so other writers on a cut. #AnRTWEET Pub deals are usually only worth it if you have already put in the work and landed placements which would warrant a big advance. #AnRTWEET A pub deal could consist of a 9 song deal before you can get out of it. That is 100% of 9 songs...remember 6 or so other writers. #AnRTWEET If you have a team member than never passes the ball its time for a trade. #NoBallHogs #TeamEffort #AnRTWEET When you are around stars/celebs, record execs etc. act As If #AnRTWEET Cliche, but true closed mouths dont get fed. Tell people what you do you never know who you are talking to/what they can do for u. #AnRTWEET If someone wants it enough you never have to ask them to show it they blow you away with their grind consistently #ShowNProve #AnRTWEET Some people take that 1 chance and turn it into a lucrative career others dont respect what they were blessed with and lose. #AnRTWEET A&R is MUCH more than just listening to music. Two days are never the same. Everyday is a new challenge/chance to learn more. #AnRTWEET Sometimes going for the quick money can ruin your chance of having financial longevity. Make smart decisions for your future.
