My Ancestral Home I got the opportunity of visiting my ancestor’s home in Village Fathehpur, Thesil Mailsi, and Dist. Vehari in Pakistan. This was the village where my ancestors lived for more than 500 years. My father was the last resident of my family who had to leave his ancestors home after the brutal killing of 16 members of the family during partition riots. Thereafter, we migrated to Village Lakhan Majra, Dist.Rohtak, Haryana. The House built by my Dada Ch. Rang ram ji is still intact with his name on the plate on the exterior. The house at present is occupied by the migrant Rangar family from Meham.
