My British daughter-in-law loves making these with her roast beef dinner!! AllAboutLosingTheInches Preheat oven to 450. 2 eggs beaten 1 cup milk 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 12 tsps of vegetable oil (or beef fat) Beat the eggs in a blender or nutribullet. Add the milk. Blend well. Gradually add in the flour and salt. Blend really well. Put about 1 tsp oil in each muffin tin hole. Place the pan in the oven until the oil gets hot. Pour batter in and cook for 18-20 minutes. Serve with your favorite roast of beef. Enjoy! I am looking for new friends to share recipes and DIY ideas with!
