My Coustels making great progress at Camp Menace. Here are a few words from her My Coustel: Hi! its been over one month that I am in Arizona for my prep in Camp Team The Menace. I would like to say that I have never made so much progress! My Workout are very hard and my diet has changed since my last competition and I do not deny that to train in this way made me realize that we dont get anything for nothing. because my change proves every day . I would like to thank my Coach Dennis James, because without him nothing all this would have been possible, I would also like to thank his team and his wonderful family for their professionalism and their humility, a true family body! My goal coming into this camp was to understand my progress and gaps in this dicipline. For me it is a dream fulfilled, and this is just the beginning, thank you again Dennis for your learning and knowledge, to send us rigor, determined, sharing and humility of the sport.##Team menace##
