My Dad is the greatest man I have ever met and ever will meet. He taught me how to ride a bike, how to tie a tie, how to shave, and most of all how to live. He has made me me who I am today, not only by his teaching but also by his example. He has shown me what being a man is and specifically what being a man of God is. In my biggest moments in life so far he always points me to the Word. To some he is "Coach V." to some he is John Dear, to some he is Mr. VanHolstyn, but to me he is Daddy. And if I could be one thing in life it would be to be like Daddy.
