My Daddy passed away around 1 a.m. My step mom said that he fell asleep peacefully and it was like all the pain just left his body. His years of suffering are over. I know that my Grandmaw and Papaw Watts, my Uncles Eddie and Dan, and all of my great grandparents and relatives who went before him were welcoming him into Heaven with open loving arms. The angels are singing and rejoicing. There will be no heart problems or sickness in heaven. I am sad - selfishly - and will miss him more than words, however, I am at peace with this and feel like now its time to celebrate him and the fact that he is with the Lord. He has always loved the Lord more than himself and I know that he is singing with the Angels.....they get to hear his beautiful voice sing Amazing Grace and Old Rugged Cross!!! What celebration that must be! He was always the first to call me and sing Happy Birthday to me every year for 45 years. My 45th birthday song is saved on the voice mail on my phone - I cant listen to it yet but I know its there and when I am ready will hear his sweet voice singing to me again. I love you Daddy. I am happy to know that your grandchildren just gained a guardian angel! I will see you again someday !!!!
