My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? John 14:2 Pastor shared this morning that as part of the family we have been invited in to God’s house and often we think we have been in His house and we have only stood in his foyer. He has invited us into His home we are His family there are many more rooms for us to explore more than just the foyer. As often happens, Pastor primed my imagination. God’s home is my home well then I’m hungry I’m going to check out the kitchen. OK I can go for that, I can even accept the fact I might have my own bedroom, but there is no way I would be allowed in God’s bed room. Then I thought about my home we have some grandkids living with us and from time to time they crawl in bed with us, for us to read a story or to play a game or just cuddle. “Papa play the monkey video on your computer”.
