Something about how in a crawl space it can flood the pilot and cause a gas leak (which is exactly what happened, so...) Then it turns out my old ass house with a fuse box vs. modern breakers cant just have a modern electric water heater hacked in. So my house now has new electrical and a new water tank, and after a day in the dark, we are now back to exactly where we were yesterday. It only cost a few grand. How was your day? P.S.
