My God is an awesome God and I would like to throw out a special thanks to my Ceo, Leslie Ellis, thanks for her love of her employees, I joined weight watchers through our work place under our wellness program, 26 pounds lighter, I went to my diabetic and lipid doctor,.as of today, no more insulin, (mind you I was on two different types), no more high blood pressure medicine, no more high cholesterol, no more metformin if I can loose eighteen more pounds and maintain it through my six months check up, I will then be dr free as well. I can do this! April 14th, here I come at 135 pounds!! Thank you Donald Alexander got changing your lifestyle with me..mind you hes lost thirty pounds and has been my backbone through this new journey of my life! Thanka to all my family and friends that have been so encouraging...okay, Im done typing now...night night all!!
