My Mom, Dolores, has a suffered a brain stem stroke. She is currently in the hospital, and has been subjected to every kind of test and measurement known. She is doing very well, but not without some minor difficulties. Her Doctors have indicated that she is a terrifically lucky woman. I apologize for this being the method that Im utilizing to disseminate this information to both family, and friends. If there are family members that do not utilize Facebook, Im hoping that someone would apprise them of Moms situation. Please do not be angry with me, but it was the best way for me to get this message to family and all. I started to put together a private message from her account, but Im certain that I would have missed some, and Im aware of how group messages can become a mess with everyone replying to it. Mom is in good spirits but has asked for her privacy. The staff will make a determination in the morning as to the further course of treatment and how long she will be staying in the hospital. As I said, she truly was awarded one of the best possible outcomes, and with a little luck, will be allowed to come home in the next day or two. Please do send all of the positive energy or prayers that you can muster. I know that she would appreciate it. Thank you.. Bob and all..
