My Mummys in hospital. So upset, frustrated and angry that the nursing home staff and her GP ignored my requests and did nothing sooner. For those of you who understand, her INR was 8.2. She has had frank haematuria, malaena and epistaxis along with a UTI. If I had not insisted today that something be done she would probably have a catastrophic bleed and we may not have her anymore. What do people do who dont have an advocate because I have had to do this on her behalf many times? Sick for 2 weeks and they check her temp and pat her on the shoulder and say you look ok!
