My New Years Resolution was to eat better and to get healthy. Not for aesthetic reasons, but so I could be around longer for Melissa Chudyk and to see our daughters Lily and Gabby eventually get married. On January 2nd 2015, I had a cheeseburger with a fried egg and bacon on it. Instead of regular buns it had two grilled cheese sandwiches, one at each end....I want my tombstone to say that I tried to change.....
