My Papa (a.k.a. Sat Kartar Singh) and his bandmate & buddy GuruGanesha Singh have just hopped on a plane to #NewMexico (final destination: #Espanola) to play some music at this weekends #LifeAndLegacy celebration in honor of Yogi Bhajan. YogiJi left his body nearly 10 years ago, but the work he did during his lifetime CONTINUES to have a profound impact on people all over the globe. Ive had the great good fortune to travel around the world teaching #Kundalini #yoga, and I have to say its amazing to witness the way in which this technology transforms lives. Its resonant for SO many people; its effective for SO many aspects of life; its SUCH an incredible tool. And no, Yogi Bhajan didnt invent it, but he certainly worked tirelessly to share it!... so, in honor of that incredible service, the 3HO Foundation has put together this special event that starts tomorrow, runs until Monday night, includes an amazing group of teachers and healers and singers, and will be #livestreamed throughout. The cherry on top is a 31-minute #GlobalMeditation being done worldwide at 8:50 PM MDT (Mountain Daylight Time in the United States) on October 6th, bringing together you + me + 10,000 other lighthouses from all over the world.
