My Plexus Testimony I was told in March 2013 that if I didn’t get my blood sugar levels under control by my next appointment (September) I would have to go on insulin shots in addition to the 2 oral medication I was already on for diabetes. The thought of having to give myself a shot was unthinkable for me. I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, insomnia, anxiety, and muscle spasms. Both my knees were messed up for different reasons. Everyone who knows me, know I suffer with bad sinus problems. Not just certain times of the year, but ALL year long. Sometimes never leaving the house for a month at a time because it was the only environment I could control. Just drinking one natural Plexus Slim drink and taking 1 Accelerator a day has gave me my life back. I have been on Plexus four months now and I am very happy to say I am down from 23 pills a day to only 4 – no nasal spray and insulin is no longer in the picture. Also, I am no longer having to wear my knee braces anymore. I went back to the doctor in September and this was the results of my lab work: Blood Pressure went from 127/77 down to 108/66 Blood Sugar levels ranging from 175 to over 235 now averaging 80 to 101 A1C - 8.6 down to 7.1 Cholesterol 198 down to 148 HDL - 69.0 down to 63.0 LDL - 95.2 down to 64.2 Triglycerides - 169 down to 104 I have lost 22 pounds and 22 1/2 inches total. All this was done without exercise or dieting. Before Plexus, I would be hungry from the time I opened my eyes in the morning till the time I went to sleep at night. It was very depressing because I could NEVER get my sugar levels down enough to eat. And it was making me resentful toward people who could eat when they wanted and how much they wanted. One of the first things I noticed after starting Plexus was that I wasn’t hungry! Not only was I not hungry, but I would forget to eat when I was supposed to. I went from watching the clock to seeing if I COULD eat to watching the clock to make sure that I DID eat. If you haven’t had this problem, you can’t know what this is like after twelve years of being hungry and then no longer being hungry. I also noticed my mood had changed. I was no longer feeling depressed. I had energy. I was going up and down the stairs easier. And was able to go outside and not have a sinus attack from it! I thank God every day for bringing Plexus into my life and giving me my life back from diabetes. I have been blessed with health and wealth through this amazing journey.
