My Request to all my friends and well wishers.... Please immerse the Ganesha Idol which you have performed puja at you home in a water bucket and pour that water to the plants... And Nirmalyam (Patri and flowers).. Dig a small pit in any corner of your house and put that Nirmaalyam in that pit so that it will not be touches or foot stamped by any one... if you are in any apartment or any township please coordinate with your neighbors and residential associations and act accordingly... I have personally seen and experienced at some lakes and particularly at Tank bund, this nirmalyam will not be allowed to be thrown into lakes and Police will just pull that off from the cranes or the vehicles we carry them and just throw it on the road and some times it may be just pushed away by their legs... Is this the way we want the divine rests to be thrown and foot stamped by some one??? Hence please do accordingly and please share if some one have a better Idea.... We are immersing the Ganesh Installed in our temple in a tank temporarily built for this... This can bring down the pollution problems and Traffic problems on immersion day....
