My Samsung S3 has a serious drinking problem. Half the time I use my phone its hot and sluggish and the battery is dead before lunch. Sometimes the latency is as much as a second, making typing almost impossible. I wish there was a AA app for phones that would make phones act less drunk! Maybe I should nuke my phone and start over; a process which historically takes at least 8 hours of my time. Im looking at other phones but I really hate being a slave to the technology man; buying a new phone every two years. I really want a phone that can last me at least 5 years because I despise the process of upgrading and I hate the idea of treating phones as disposable commodities. Im even looking at the iphone, with its sealed battery and built in 5 year self destruct feature. Android phones seem to suffer from software based self destruct sequences while iPhones suffer from hardware based ones. Choose your poison. I love my smartphone when they work, but it can be infuriating when my phone seems to think that responding to my commands is somehow less important than whatever else it seems to be doing. Bad phone, BAD!!! GGGGRrrrrr...
