My Version of Cauliflower with tender loin pork in oyster sauce INGRDIENTS 1kl Cauliflower 1 cup pork (sliced into thin strips ) 3 cloves garlic (minced) 1 large onion ( chopped) 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 4 Tbsp. corn starch dissolve into small amount of water (for sauce thickening) 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 4Ttbsp. oyster sauce 3 tbsp oil 1 Patis (fish sauce) Magic sarap Stalked of celery ½ Cup water Carrots Cloud ear fungus (tenga ng daga mushroom) sliced into thin strips PROCEDURE 1. In a wok put the oil Sauté garlic and onion then follow the meat and cloud ear fungus seasoned with oyster sauce, soy sauce, Patis, ground black pepper and water simmer for few minutes just a enough to cooked the meat . 2. When the meat is cooked and tender add the cauliflower, carrots, celery mix and simmer for few minutes more. 3. When all vegetable are half cooked add the diluted flour ( tinununaw na harina sa tubig) allow to simmer the sauce until thicken then turn off the heat and serve.
