My abs are buuuuuurnin right now! #10MinuteAbFix is no joke! Im gonna start adding this every over day to my routine. Cant wait to start seeing more definition! I never would have guessed I would say that. I have always been the curvy/chubby girl. And I was never really open about how I felt about my body. I played it cool and stayed covered up. But I always knew my daily struggle just to get dressed and feel pretty. Dont we all want that? To just feel comfortable in our own skin? This journey Im on is not about a number on a scale. Its not about what society tells me I should look like. And its definitely not about shaming what I used to look like. It IS about a mental journey of overcoming all of the bad programming I had about my body. Through this process Im learning to love my body as is and to continue to feed it well and care for it.
