My attempt at banana-coconut water-popsicles failed: too much banana. Took a subtler approach with this pomegranate version and they are amazing! 8oz coconut water of choice (make sure it has NO added sugar). About 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds. 2-3 tablespoons of natural apple juice. Blend. Strain out seeds. Freeze. Voila! 4-5 popsicles, each with less than 40 calories and less than 8g sugar. And they taste decadent.
