Monday she shot a 3-over-par 76 to win the Marinette Invite at Riverside Golf Course in Menomonie, Mich. That was three strokes better than the second-place finisher. Her performance came about a week after she finished third at the Wisconsin Dells Invitational, a two-day event played at Trappers Turn and Christmas Mountain. There she shot back-to-back 77s and finished 11 over. At both meets she steered clear of trouble, a skill that helped her tie for seventh at the Division 1 state meet last season.
