My baby bit the dust on her bike really hard yesterday for the first time (elbows scrapped up and all) she cried for a while, (actually screamed like she was dyin) rested for a while then 2 hours later I saw her putting on her shoes and I said what are you doing, where you are you going? She then hit me with a quote from The Karate Kid movie –she said Dre Parker The Karate Kid said, “when life knocks you down, you could choose whether or not to get back up”… LOL Pretty profound for a 6 year old I said okay then be careful….I guess she really did get something from watching that movie like 100 times. THEN she woke up with a 102 fever this morning. My baby is having a rough couple of days but she’s a trooper –she better get well quick, fast and in a hurry she has a Pump it Up party Friday night, and Cheer Clinic and a Graduation Party Saturday that I know she doesn’t want to miss any of it
