My before my afters Around 12 cms off my waist line I toned up my tummy flattered I had more energy I did not go hungry nor did I stave my body of food nutrients I needed I did no cardio just kettle bells weights thats it for 4 weeks and just look at the difference . Heres is another thing that happened I gained muscle loss cms weight on my scales meant nada to me because my measurements dropped hugely I was successfully losing body fat gaining muscle and eating very well all in my $20 meal plan and my all new favourite DETOX its called water mint lemon and cucumber I drank for breakfast lunch dinner snacks I between meals the first thing I had in the morning was my drink I still ate food hell yeh I did but cut way back in meats and no other drinks except my detox drink . First 2 days I was peeing like no 1 s business but get over it that it what this detox is all about . In 14 days I lost cms it was awesome seeing results I trained 4 x per week quick sessions intense sessions with kb or weights dumbells only a lite warm up using skipping boxing squats thats it . So Im happy to say that my plan does work it come back to the natural old school ways no diet no pills no 500 calories no this no that just simple way of eating off $20 meal plan and kettle bells awesome results dont ya think .
