My biggest problem with these Pro-Gay corporations is that they make huge publicity stunts under the name of Support but I know that they arent making sure managers are hiring queer people on the daily, they arent making sure queer people and other marginalized folks are moving up in their business, they arent caring about what a safe work places looks like for these people. They are doing it all just to say that they have, to say they support them without having to actually do anything. They are still getting money, they are still selling their shit, and queer people are just becoming more of a joke and MORE delegitimized. Start changing your policies and your ethics and maybe Ill give you some of my money and time.
