Minimum Requirements: Must possess a class C non-commercial Drivers License. License status must be valid. Must not have had any moving violations within the last three years. Must not have had license revoked within the last five years. Must provide proof of insurance that exceeds the state of Californias Minimum Liability Insurance Requirements for private passenger vehicles($15,000 for death/injury to one person, $30,000 for death to injury to more than one person). Must not be a fugitive on the run from the law, on parole, probation or any combination of the three aforementioned categories. Any history of DUI/DWI that resulted in a conviction shall be disqualifying. Any felonies committed that resulted in a conviction shall be disqualifying. Any misdemeanors committed that resulted in a conviction will be reviewed on a case by case basis. As a condition of being contracted for work, candidate will submit to an NCIC check, polygraph test, psych evaluation and breathalyzer test prior to going on duty.
